At the holiday home Louise you can spend relaxing days in the midst of an English landscape garden.
The apartment of 128 m² has three rooms, a kitchen and a shower bathroom. It is modernly furnished and surprises with a lot of lovely details. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and the possibility of adding extra beds in the „Green Salon“ allow accomodation for up to four people. On the west side of the spacious hallway as the middle axis of the apartment are the bedroom and bathroom, on the east side are the kitchen and the dining room. Few steps lead from the dinding room to the completely equipped, modern kitchen (induction stove and dishwasher among other things). With its play of white and blue colours it reminds of Delftware and therefore of the Dutch roots of Fürst Franz, the originator of the Gartenreich.
The dining room distinguishes itself with its open corner fireplace, which also displays a relief of Princess Louise, as well as with the massive wooden oak disc on the wall that originates in the foundation’s forest at Sieglitzer Berg. The adjoining „Green Salon“ is fully characterised by the Gartenreich.
Here, our guests are able to see the many facets of this UNESCO World Heritage Site which are shown on the many prints of the Chalkographic Society. In the evenings or during rainy days one can perfectly pass the time in the small library.
It is our goal to give the Gartenreich’s friends an understanding of its nature, art and peace. Therefore we consciously forewent the provision of telephone, television and radio in all of our holiday homes.
